Jay Hoad is a high-level coach, musician, and sound-based facilitator who works with creatives, healers, entrepreneurs, and purpose-driven leaders ready to step into deeper clarity, confidence, and aligned impact.

With over two decades of lived experience, Jay supports individuals who feel successful on the surface, yet know there is a deeper level of expression, integrity, and purpose calling them forward.

His coaching integrates sound, music, energetics, mindset, and practical strategy to help clients cut through confusion, reconnect with their creative intelligence, and build lives and businesses that feel grounded, sustainable, and true.

Jay’s background spans international touring as a multi-instrumentalist, releasing seven albums with over 500,000 copies sold worldwide, founding global education platforms, and guiding thousands of students through music, sound healing, and personal development. This breadth of experience allows him to meet clients where they are, whether they are navigating creative blocks, leadership transitions, burnout, or the desire to bring more meaning and coherence into their work.

At the core of Jay’s coaching is The Sonic Path, an embodied approach that helps clients move beyond surface-level tactics and into deep alignment. Sessions are clear, honest, and practical, designed to create real shifts in how clients think, create, lead, and live.
