JAY HOAD
Award-winning musician, teacher, author, sound healer and life coach Jay Hoad is the creator of the Queensland Music Academy, the Australian Music School for Autism and Special Interest Learning, and Ignite Your Dreams business and energetics coaching programs.
Jay is the founder of the Gold Coast Music School, Sunshine Coast Music School, Noosa Music School, Redland Bay & Russell Island Music Schools, Autism Music USA, Autism Music UK, Autism Music Europe, and the famous Tribal Moon Ceremonial Grade Cacao.
Jay has independently toured more than 40 countries with his band and his unique one-man show, performing on over 20 instruments. He has performed and toured with Bob Marley's "The Wailers", The Temptations, Blood Sweat and Tears, as well as performing at festivals on stage alongside artists including Jack Johnson, Xavier Rudd, Michael Franti, Robert Plant (Led Zeppelin) and many more.
Jay has released seven full-length albums, including the Earth Music for Yoga, Massage, and Sound Healing series, with total worldwide sales exceeding 500,000 copies. He has performed and presented at many of the world’s largest music festivals and conscious gatherings, and is also the creator of the Sacred Cacao Sound Journeys, a Best Event Award winner at the Fringe Festival in both 2019 and 2020, as well as the Conscious Soul Dance events.
In 2024, Jay's European Tour featured 3 performances at the iconic Glastonbury Music Festival in the UK, as well as sell-out performances in France, Belgium and the Netherlands.
