GUITARS OF THE WORLD

RUSSELL ISLAND RECREATION HALL SUN NOV 24th

JAY HOAD

Award-winning songwriter, musician, teacher, author, and mentor JAY HOAD will bring his incredible show "Guitars of the World" to Australia in November and December 2024, performing throughout QLD, NSW, VIC, and SA.

It’s already been a big year for Jay, with highlights including his performances at the iconic Glastonbury Music Festival in the UK and sell-out performances in France, Belgium, and the Netherlands.

During his incredible career, Hoad has performed at many of the biggest music festivals and venues around the world, including touring and performing with Bob Marley's "The Wailers," The Temptations, and Blood Sweat and Tears.

He has also performed at festivals on stage alongside artists including Jack Johnson, Xavier Rudd, Michael Franti, Robert Plant (Led Zeppelin), and many more.

SAYS JAY: “I’m looking really forward to the shows around Australia in late 2024, the Aussie fans are always so supportive and definitely know how to have a good time. The new show features so many cool guitars from my collection, and I’ve dug out some of the really unique ones like my Dulsitar, double neck lap steel guitar, skateboard guitar, shovel guitar and even my good ol' cricket bat guitar. Fans can expect some really cool versions of songs they know and love, as well as some of their favourite songs from my albums with plenty of intimate personal stories from the road. This show will be a great opportunity to get up close and personal with some of the coolest instruments I’ve ever toured with.”
